What to expect at your free trial class
Nervous about the first class? Here's everything you need to know before you step into the studio.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. Soft shoes aren't needed for your first class — socks or bare feet are fine. Our teachers will welcome you, warm up together and teach your first steps of a reel!
